Bergson Chair Sponsorship

Art and culture are essential for the development and education of children and young people. Unfortunately, however, art and music classes are being given less and less space in school curricula. TheBergson Kunstkraftwerk is working to counteract this trend and aims to offer as many people as possible—including our youngest guests—access to cultural experiences. To this end, we rely , among other things , on a special initiative: the “chair sponsorship” program.
A concert costs money: artist fees, program development, administration, technical equipment, communication, and organization. With a donation of 1,500 EUR, our “chair sponsors” make it possible to hold school performances for one year that school classes can attend free of charge. In doing so, they help broaden the cultural horizons of the next generation. Theygive children and young people unforgettable moments with live music, while also promoting arts education and making a valuable contribution to the development of young talent.
Be part of our mission and help us make culture accessible to everyone. Become a chair sponsor at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk and make children’s eyes light up.

Our programs were received with great enthusiasm by both children and teachers. It was also a joy for us to see our concert hall come to life. For example, during “Balduin and the Jazz,” when hundreds of children danced, laughed, and clapped along to “Boogie Woogie.” Maximilian Maier, who conceived and hosted the programs, was bombarded with questions after the performance and was even asked for autographs.
“We are very grateful that you are able to offer our school such great access to the world of music and spark enthusiasm even in children who don’t get much exposure to it at home.” (Gotzmannstraße Elementary School)
“What a great venue! I really loved the enchanting sounds at the end.”
(Haldenbergerstraße Elementary School)
“The swan really made me drift off into a daydream—I didn’t want the music to stop at all.”
(Haldenbergerstraße Elementary School)
“I listened to the piece again right away at home. The music calms me down, and then I can concentrate better.”
(Haldenbergerstraße Elementary School)
“Our preschoolers had a wonderful time. They were thrilled by the musical performance, the instruments, and the atmosphere. You could clearly see how much they enjoyed the concert. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for this wonderful experience and are very much looking forward to bringing the preschoolers to see you again.” (Arche Noah Protestant Preschool)
“We, the children of Class 4A at Traunreut Nord Elementary School, really enjoyed the concert. We especially loved the music because the sound of the instruments matched the characters and animals so well. You could tell right away that a lot of time had gone into the preparation. We were really impressed by the room’s acoustics; the encore especially surprised us because our voices sounded great, too. It was really funny when Peter’s eyes grew bigger as he did cartwheels, and when the duck tumbled through the wolf’s stomach and even laid eggs. We thought it was nice that the wolf wasn’t killed, but was taken to the zoo.” (Traunreut Nord Elementary School)
