• How does the application process work?

First contact: Would you like to get to know us? We want to get to know you too! Please send your application, including your CV, by e-mail to Bergson Kunstkraftwerk, Anja Mehrwald, bewerbung@bergson.com. Please state your earliest possible start date.

Second step: We will contact you by phone for a short conversation of five to ten minutes to get to know each other .

Third step: We make an appointment to meet you on site. We usually have one or two face-to-face interviews with our applicants.

• Are there opportunities for further training?

Further training takes place in close consultation between managers and their employees, as professional and personal skills are best developed on an individual basis.
