Vouchers are generally valid for two years from the date of issue. The expiration date is noted on the voucher. Vouchers of all types expire two years after they are issued.

Vouchers can be redeemed at Bergson Kunstkraftwerk for tickets in the online store as well as at the box office for many events. Tickets are allocated according to availability; there is no legal entitlement to a specific date or specific seats.
