For a good year now, we have been successfully igniting a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events in the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich-Aubing on 20,000 m². In order for our Bergson team to grow qualitatively and for us to optimize our HR processes and structures, we need reinforcement in the HR team. HR Manager with a focus on recruiting and personnel administration (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Recruiting

In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you will organize the recruiting process from needs analysis to copywriting and target group-oriented publication of job advertisements, active sourcing, applicant management, screening of applications, conducting telephone and personal interviews, potential analyses and contract negotiations (based on previously agreed framework conditions)

Contract management with onboarding and offboarding

You draw up employment contracts, are responsible for technical onboarding, take care of contract amendments and handle contractual, technical and personal departures, including the preparation of employment references

Personnel administration incl. time management

You take care of the certification system and maintain the digital personnel files in our HR software e2n - including support in managing absences

Preparatory payroll accounting

You work together with our external payroll office on salary-related processes and issues

Personnel development

You support the development and realization of future-oriented learning and development formats that strengthen our colleagues and at the same time advance our Bergson

Compliance

You will be involved in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and company guidelines in the area of human resources

You bring with you

Unbridled desire to successfully advance us with your several years of relevant professional experience as an HR all-rounder, preferably from the dynamic environment of a fast-growing start-up or an agile medium-sized company

You have a degree from a personnel-related course of study (e.g. business administration, business administration, personnel management, business psychology or business education) and/or have completed training as a personnel services clerk and/or further training as a personnel specialist or a comparable qualification

You organize your tasks independently and combine your results-oriented approach with integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset

You not only inspire with your cooperative strength, team spirit and strong empathic skills, but also impress with agility, discretion, communication skills and a confident, positive, open demeanor

Your German language skills are very good (native speaker level or C1/C2), your English language skills are at least good (B2)

You are experienced in using MS Office
