Chair sponsorship 2025

Secure a special place in Europe's smartest concert hall and make free concerts for children and young people possible.

Elektra Tonquartier
Our idea

As early as 2007, a scientific study commissioned by the German Bundestag said: "No one will deny the positive effect of music. It relaxes, stimulates, helps to express feelings, connects people and cultures, creates solidarity and strengthens a sense of community. It is also generally accepted that exposure to music (...) is beneficial for the development of children and young people."
However, music education has not increased since then - on the contrary.

We would like to counteract this downward trend with concerts designed by our Bergson Artists especially for children and young people between the ages of 5 and 15. We need your support for this!

Our promise

Although we at Bergson Kunstkraftwerk do not fulfill a charitable mission, it is a matter close to our hearts to support the musical development of children and young people. With your help, we will realize the first chair sponsor concerts in the calendar year 2025.
A school concert costs around € 14,000 including all expenses - including programme development, administration, technical equipment, communication and organization as well as artists' fees.

The income from the chair sponsorships is used exclusively for the conception, organization and implementation of the school concerts.

Regardless of the final number of chair sponsors in 2025, we guarantee the first ten school concerts. Each concert beyond that is based on the number of chairs sold according to the above calculation.

You give children and young people unforgettable moments with live music, while at the same time supporting artistic education and making a valuable contribution to promoting young talent.

Become part of our mission and support us in making culture accessible to all.

As a thank you for your commitment, we offer you special benefits:

  • You will receive insights from us into the conception and implementation of the school concerts and receive regular information including image and video material, which we will be happy to make available to you.
  • You will be invited to exclusive events for chair sponsors only. Here you can meet other chair sponsors and enjoy the fruits of your commitment in a festive setting.
  • You can also attend a school concert of your choice with a maximum of 3 accompanying persons.
  • If you wish, we can put your name or the company name on the chair of your choice

As we are a limited company, we can issue you with an invoice, but unfortunately not a donation receipt. Your chair sponsorship is valid for one year and is not automatically renewed.
