Chair sponsorship 2025

Secure a special place in Europe's smartest concert hall and make free concerts for children and young people possible.

Elektra Tonquartier
Our idea

As early as 2007, a scientific study commissioned by the German Bundestag said: "No one will deny the positive effect of music. It relaxes, stimulates, helps to express feelings, connects people and cultures, creates solidarity and strengthens a sense of community. It is also generally accepted that exposure to music (...) is beneficial for the development of children and young people."
However, music education has not increased since then - on the contrary.

We would like to counteract this downward trend with concerts designed by our Bergson Artists especially for children and young people between the ages of 5 and 15. We need your support for this!

Would you like to help children and teenagers attend free concerts?

Our Promise

Although we at Bergson Kunstkraftwerk do not operate as a nonprofit organization, supporting the musical development of children and young people is a cause close to our hearts. With the support of our first seat sponsors, we have already been able to provide 4,500 children with a unique concert experience.

A school concert costs approximately 14,000 EUR, including all expenses—such as program development, administration, technical equipment, communication, and organization, as well as artist fees.

The proceeds from the chair sponsorships are used for the conception, organization, and execution of the school concerts.

Your post

With your donation of €1,500 to sponsor a seat, you’ll give children and young people access to music and culture for a whole year—for some, it may be their very first concert experience. You’ll help broaden the cultural horizons of the next generation. You’ll give children and young people unforgettable moments with live music, support arts education, and make a valuable contribution to fostering young talent.

Join us on this journey and help us make culture accessible to everyone.

Since we are a limited liability company (GmbH), we can issue you an invoice but unfortunately cannot provide a donation receipt. Your seat sponsorship is valid for one year and is not automatically renewed.
