Since the big bang at the beginning of October 2024, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, small private celebrations and large corporate events at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich-Aubing. In order to operate our 20,000 m² space with concert hall, live club, large gallery, many event rooms, our five catering areas and much more safely and efficiently, we need a powerful team in building services engineering, building and supply technology and facility management. Head of Building Services / Building Services / Supply Engineering & Facility Management (m/f/d)
for the new, spectacular art, culture, gastronomy and event highlight in Munich
- You ensure that the entire building services/building technology/supply technology and the entire outdoor facilities are in perfect and efficient working order during all operating and opening hours
- You are responsible for the maintenance of the technical systems and facilities, keep an eye on their maintenance intervals, carry out repairs yourself if necessary and organize the material logistics for this or ensure rapid troubleshooting in the event of a fault by commissioning external service providers
- You constantly optimize the technical systems and operating processes and also take on the system-related documentation for this purpose
- You maintain contact with our partner companies and suppliers, coordinate their work at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk and check the associated invoices
- You will work closely with our teams who are responsible for our event technology and who organize the processes for corporate & private events and public events, as well as with our operations management team
- In your management role, you will continue to build up the small team and support a positive, motivating working atmosphere with your modern management style
- You have a technical university degree or a qualification as a master craftsman in a specialized trade (e.g. electrical, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, ventilation, sanitary, refrigeration, plant mechanics, HVAC, HVAC, HVAC, HVAC)
- You have several years of relevant professional experience, ideally from a comparable position in the hotel industry, a trade fair company, theater or event center
- You are familiar with the relevant technical standards and accident prevention regulations and ideally experienced in using CAD and merchandise management programs
- You impress with noticeable agility and a hands-on mentality
- You identify with our extraordinary cultural location and, as an absolute team player, you are ready to ensure that the operating hours of our company are always guaranteed - this also includes either working on site yourself occasionally in the evenings and at weekends and/or organizing on-call duty for you and your team and/or external service providers to ensure that all colleagues are always on call:can always rely on the smooth operation of our technical building infrastructure and our outdoor facilities
- Your oral and written German language skills are very good (C2)
