Since October 2024, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events in the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich Aubing across the entire 20,000 m² space.

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a full-time, permanent position as soon as possible, by 01.01.2026 at the latest - with a maximum of 20% home office - a:n

Accountant (m/f/d)

• You will prepare and review our monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in a timely manner, ensuring the highest quality and reliability.
• You are responsible for the proper management of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and continuously develop our processes in this area
• You process business transactions in fixed assets
• You will be responsible for evaluating, posting and tracking advance VAT returns, accruals and deferrals
• You manage cash flow planning, liquidity monitoring and payment releases
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and reporting structures
• You provide technical guidance to your colleagues in the accounting department, work closely with your colleagues in Controlling and prepare the basis for management decisions

• Several years of sound professional experience in financial and balance sheet accounting, ideally in the dynamic environment of a growing company, start-up or from a tax consultancy.
• Successfully passed examination as an accountant and/or tax consultant
• Confident in dealing with tax consultants, auditors and managers
• An independent way of working and hands-on mentality - combined with clear prioritization, decision-making skills and service orientation
• Business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to create added value for Finance & Controlling beyond accounting.
• Routine in using digital tools and systems - experience with DATEV Unternehmen Online, document management systems (DMS) or ERP solutions (e.g. Odoo) is a plus
