Wine & Dine with Domäne Wachau

Following our sold-out first event, Wine & Dine is back for another round! Look forward to an enjoyable evening that begins with an aperitif and finger food, before our wine tasting kicks off with six different wines, plenty of wine knowledge, and an accompanying four-course meal. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just curious about wine, every guest will find something to enjoy at Wine & Dine!

This time, we’re welcoming the winemakers from Domäne Wachau to Restaurant Zeitlang:

A cooperative reimagined! Craftsmanship, terroir, and precision form the foundation of Domäne Wachau under the leadership of Roman Horvath MW and Heinz Frischengruber. Respect for nature and the soil defines the work of the winegrowers on the steep slopes of the Wachau. Domäne Wachau is Austria’s most significant winery with organically farmed vineyards. Working on a small scale and largely by hand, the winegrowers tend to an average of less than two hectares—with full focus on every single vine. The wines from renowned vineyards such as Achleiten, Brandstatt, and Kellerberg reflect their unique terroir and embody an unmistakable, purist style characterized by depth and smooth drinkability.
