Martin Kälberer is back at the Elektra Tonquartier! Grand piano, Fender Rhodes, handpan, percussion, voice, vibrandoneon, live loops and electronics - all this and just one man on stage? Yes, because with Martin Kälberer all these instruments merge into one big body of sound. As if in a trance, he plays several instruments one after the other or simultaneously, records them, plays others in addition, and in this way builds up his floating and pulsating soundscapes.

He last presented his program "Indigo Tales" with compositions from the last five years at Bergson in October 2024. Now he is returning to Elektra Tonquartier to present his new album "Into the Light" with new pieces. Back then, he even dedicated a piece to the new concert hall of the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk, which he has now recorded on vinyl using the direct cut method together with another, this time more electronic work to mark "Piano Day", which was celebrated internationally by a wide variety of pianists. For the release of this new vinyl record on November 21, 2025, there is probably no better place than the Elektra Tonquartier, whose unique sound concept allows you to immerse yourself completely in the captivating music of Martin Kälberer. A concert experience beyond all genres, touching and sometimes as if from another world.
