Marie Kruttli's new project DRAGON LIFE is a bold exploration of sound, weaving together the intricate threads of jazz, hip-hop, French chanson, experimental, alternative pop and neoclassical influences. At its core, the project is a living tapestry of different musical traditions, in which each piece tells a unique story.
At the heart of the ensemble is the pianist, singer and producer Marie Kruttli herself. At her side, German saxophonist Moritz Stahl brings his incomparable expressiveness and adds depth and texture to the music.

The sound is heavily influenced by the boundary-pushing artistry of Meshell Ndegeocello and the refined nuances of Benjamin Biolay. These inspirations are evident in the rhythmic complexity, melodic richness, outspoken lyrics about love and seamless blending of genres that create a fresh and captivating sound.
