What happens when centuries-old rhythms meet digital textures? When microtonal timbres interweave with electronic surfaces? Then a space is created that exists only in the moment - and remains in the ear.
In this unique improv session, three artists meet who could hardly be more different and yet find each other effortlessly: Yannis Kyriakides, the Dutch-Cypriot sound visionary, makes synthesizers rustle, shimmer and whisper. Keyvan and Bijan Chemirani, brothers and masters of Persian percussion, respond with breathtaking virtuosity, depth and precision.
The Beletage of the Bergson becomes the stage for a sonic experiment between the Mediterranean and the Middle East, between tradition and the radical present. Nothing is prepared here, music arises from the moment and you are right in the middle of it.
