When five brass players get together for Christmas, contemplation is not the only thing that shines.

Between chorale and swing, baroque and brass, bells and sparkle, OperaBrass presents a festive program full of musical surprises - sometimes with a golden jazz bow, sometimes packaged as a classical chamber piece, and always with a twinkle in the eye.

The brass quintet, all members of the Bavarian State Opera, combines virtuoso music-making with charming moderation, subtle humor and Christmas warmth.
