Fancy a cozy family day at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk with great entertainment? With live music and illustrations? Then we have something for you:
When was the last time you did nothing? For little Sarah, the greatest adventure of her life begins at just such a moment: she discovers the 'Nix' - a dachshund-like creature that appears on the scene in moments of utter boredom. She is involved in a jewel theft, innocently suspected and has to find a way out of this mess with the help of the headstrong Nix and her classmates.
What luck that Sarah, who has grown up in the meantime, is able to tell us about this unbelievable event in a way that is more than just cinematic: In the meantime, Sarah Mettenleiter has been gathering ideas as a versatile musician, including at the Munich Residenztheater and with the Jazzrausch Bigband, to set the hilarious story of "Sarah and the Nix" to the finest music. The rhythms and beautiful melodies are performed with virtuosity by five musicians from the Munich scene.
The one-hour story with live music and illustrations is fun for children aged six and over and all adults - even if they have never met the Nix before.
Sarah Mettenleiter (piano, vocals, lyrics)
Bettina Maier (saxophone)
Moritz Renner (trombone)
Flurin Mück (drums)
