"Sarah und die Fledermaus" is a Munich musical story with a twinkle in its eye - inspired by Johann Strauss' operetta Die Fledermaus - freshly retold by our Bergson Artists.
A bit of a masked ball, a bit of mistaken identity, lots of wonderful live music: what happens when we suddenly don't know who is who? When you don't recognize your counterpart - and discover something new for that very reason? A play full of surprises unfolds between dazzling characters and a false bottom.
And the music? Of course, it should not be missing! Strauss' waltzes are given a modern makeover - what if the king of waltzes were to think beyond three-four time?
The bat is the secret string-puller who brings everyone together in a new light at a big party - it can't be a coincidence that she has chosen the Bergson of all places as her home.
