Art, nature & technology: exhibition at the Bergson Gallery
The show focuses on the complex interplay between humans, nature and technology and uses analytical yet poetic artistic approaches to draw attention to the urgency of a conscious approach to the earth. With Olaf Otto Becker, Andreas Greiner, Kathrin Linkersdorff, Maximilian Prüfer and Tamiko Thiel, five internationally renowned artists will be presenting their works:inside works that deal with central issues of our time: the consequences of industrialization, the effects of human drive for optimization and the not always foreseeable consequences of technological developments.
Digital works, photographs, sculptures and the special technique of nature typography open up new perspectives on ecological systems, biological life forms and technical artifacts on the ground floor and mezzanine of the Bergson Gallery - and their potential to bring about change and transformation both with and without human intervention.
