Want to experience a spectacular atmosphere at the new “place to be” for cuisine and events, art, culture, and concerts? Looking for appreciation, warmth, and good vibes? Then join our young, dynamic team and help shape the story of our Bergson Kunstkraftwerk!

Since our “Big Bang” in early October 2024, we’ve been setting off a fireworks display of culinary delights, concerts, art, culture, academic events, private parties, and corporate events across the entire 20,000 m² of the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich-Aubing .

Our guests can enjoyculinary delights not only in our Zeitlang restaurant, the Anima Day Bar, our Barbastelle live music club, the outdoor terrace ,and the lounge, but also through our diverse event catering services forevents of all sizesat Bergson, accommodating up to approximately 1,500 people. With reliable, sustainable quality and innovative culinary creations, we cater to every taste—from modern interpretations of classic dishes to international cuisine and vegetarian and vegan options.

Starting in September 2026,we are looking for several new team membersto join our bar team as working students , temporary staff , or part-time employees in the roles of Bartender/Barista for Food Service & Events (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll delight our guests with expertly prepared and stylishly presented drinks, cocktails, and specialty coffees

• You’ll build personal connections with our guests and, withprofessionalism and warmth,help createan unforgettable dining experiencefor them

• You’ll support the service team in their day-to-day operations and assist with the execution of events

• You will handle our point-of-sale system and invoices responsibly, and conscientiously and carefully adhere to our quality standards and hygiene regulations

• Keeping the bar area tidy and clean is second natureto you, ensuring that our guestsfeel comfortable at all times andhavean unforgettable experience at Bergson

Please bring the following

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the food and hospitality industry (e.g. , Restaurant and Event Catering Specialist, Hotel Management Specialist) or, as a career changer, have already gained some professional experience in the food and hospitality industry as a bartender or barista

• You are motivated, flexiblewith yourschedule, and demonstrate strong team spirit

• You love being a host or hostess andremain courteous and friendly even in challenging situations

• You’re willing to work (including) evenings and weekends

• You can communicate well in German
