Since our “Big Bang” in early October 2024, we’ve been setting off a fireworks display of culinary delights, concerts, art, culture, academic events, private parties, and corporate events across the entire 20,000 m² space at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich-Aubing .

Our guests canenjoyculinary delights not only in our Zeitlang restaurant, the Anima Day Bar, our Barbastelle live music club, the outdoor terrace,andthe lounge , but also through our diverse event catering services for small and largegatherings at Bergson, accommodating up to approximately 1,500 people. With reliable, sustainable quality and innovative culinary creations, we cater to every taste—from modern interpretations of traditional cuisine to international dishes and vegetarian and vegan options.

For our food and beverage service team, we are looking for several new colleaguesstarting in September 2026 as working students , temporary staff , or part-time workers in the role of Food & Beverage & EventsService Staff (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will provide a warm and friendly welcome and assist guests at our dining outlets and/or at private parties, concerts, or corporate events held at Bergson

• You will work in à la carte service and/or provide service at in-house events (private events, public events, or corporate events)

• You enjoy taking orders, serving food and drinks to our guests, andworking closely with the kitchen andbar teams

• You take care of mise en placewith enthusiasm and precision

• You handle our point-of-sale system and invoices responsibly, and conscientiously and carefully adhere to our quality standards and hygiene regulations

• Order and cleanliness are a givenfor you, ensuring that ourguests feel comfortableat all times andhavean unforgettable experience at Bergson

Please bring the following

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the food and hospitality industry (e.g. , Restaurant and Event Catering Specialist, Hotel Management Specialist) or ,as a career changer, have already gained some professional experience in the food service and hospitality sectors

• You are motivated, flexiblewith yourschedule, and demonstrate strong team spirit

• You love being a host or hostess andremain courteous and friendly even in challenging situations

• You’re willing to work (including) evenings and weekends

• You can communicate well in German
