Fancy a spectacular ambience in the new place to be for art, culture, concerts, culinary delights and events? For appreciation, warmth and good vibes? Then join our young, dynamic team and help shape the history of our Bergson Kunstkraftwerk!
Since the big bang at the beginning of October, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events on 20,000 m² at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich-Aubing. To ensure that everything runs smoothly and the technical infrastructure is always in top form, we are looking for a full-time:n
HVAC system mechanic / building technician / janitor (m/f/d)
for the new, spectacular music, art, culture, gastronomy and event highlight in Munich.
- You ensure that all technical building systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, preferably also electrical) are always in top condition and function reliably - to this end, you carry out regular maintenance and proactive inspections
- In the event of faults in the technical building systems, you remain calm, use your technical expertise to quickly find the cause of the fault and ensure that the fault is rectified through maintenance and repair, if necessary with the support of external partner companies
- When our events are running (concerts, corporate events, private parties or panel discussions), you ensure the smooth operation of all technical building systems in the background (another team is responsible for event technology)
- You coordinate and monitor the technical operation of the building and all rooms and - in collaboration with the operations management team - take care of optimizing the technical operating processes
- You have a degree from a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a plant mechanic in HVAC, mechatronics technician or industrial mechanic
- Ideally, you have professional experience from a comparable position in which you worked as an all-rounder in several technical and manual areas or interdisciplinary trades - career starters are also welcome if you are willing to learn and committed!
- You bring agility, initiative and a hands-on mentality and impress with your service orientation, independent way of working and as an exemplary team player
- You are absolutely reliable and willing to work on weekends, in the evening or at night after prior, timely consultation
- You have very good oral and written German language skills and a class B driver's license
- An attractive salary
- A varied area of responsibility with room for active, decisive participation
- A free lunch or dinner, a Germany ticket for using public transport and other employer benefits
- Further training opportunities that suit you personally and your tasks
- A modern, attractive working environment with a high feel-good factor
- Excellent technical equipment
- The extraordinarily positive working atmosphere of our young team, which is characterized by a warm, lively spirit of optimism and mutual appreciation
- Regular team events
- A secure, long-term job in a young company with a crisis-proof corporate concept, flat hierarchies, a passion for implementation and an economically strong, innovative parent company ALLGUTH GmbH
