Since the big bang at the beginning of October 2024, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events on 20,000 m² in the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich Aubing. Our guests can enjoy culinary delights not only in our casual fine dining restaurant Zeitlang (PAX 90), the Anima Tagesbar (PAX 100), our live club Barbastelle (PAX 90), the outdoorterrace (PAX 130) and the beer garden (PAX 500), but also at our multifaceted event catering for small and large events in the Bergson for up to approx. 1,500 people.

We are looking for a full-time, permanent position for our catering department as soon as possible:n

F&B Magaziner / F&B Warehouse Clerk / Goods Logistician

• Receiving and checking deliveries of goods, including checking for quality and quantity
• Proper storage of food and beverages as well as our gastronomic inventory
• Picking and serving goods on time and as required - in close cooperation with our teams from the kitchen, F&B Service, Convention & Event Operations and other areas of the company

• Recounting goods and putting them back into stock
• Maintaining and checking stock levels and assisting with stocktaking
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the storage area in compliance with HACCP standards

• Experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally from the catering, hotel industry or large canteen or company canteen
• Reliable willingness and ability to work from Monday to Friday from early morning
• Enthusiasm for structure, order, cleanliness and accuracy
• Physical resilience and ability to work in a team
• Ideally knowledge of Office 365 and/or a merchandise management system
• Good German language skills (oral and written)
