Since April 2024, we have been welcoming our guests to the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich Aubing on 20,000 square meters and awakening their enthusiasm. From the extraordinarily diverse cultural program, which includes concerts of all music genres (from classical to techno), parties, family performances, talk formats, lectures and much more. From the fine arts, which we exhibit on an extraordinary amount of space. Of the quality and modern variety of food with which our gastronomy outlets (the casual fine dining restaurant Zeitlang, the Anima day bar, our live club Barbastelle, the outdoor terrace and the beer garden) cater to every taste. And from the flair that the Bergson exudes as an exclusively bookable venue for private and corporate events with its hyper-flexible room concept, state-of-the-art technical equipment and architectural beauty.
Our guests can enjoy culinary delights not only in our restaurant (90 seats), the day bar (100 seats), other bars (40 seats), our live club (90 seats), the outdoor terrace and the bar.(90 seats), the outdoor terrace (130 seats) and the beer garden (500 seats), but also in our multifaceted event catering for small and large events in the Bergson (up to approx. 1,000 people). With reliable, sustainable quality and innovative food creations, we cater to every taste - from modern interpretations of regional cuisine and international dishes to vegetarian and vegan options.
For our kitchen team we are looking for
Stewarding / Dishwasher / Steward / Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher (m/f/d) full-time or part-time or as temporary help for the spectacular art, culture, gastronomy and event highlight in Munich.
Your tasks
- You wash, sort, polish and put away cutlery, glassware, crockery, porcelain and cooking utensils and carry out general cleaning tasks in the kitchen
- You will store the kitchen equipment, use it properly and report any damage for repair or replacement
- You prepare the implementation of inventories
- You carry out disposal and waste separation work
- You help with the induction of new employees
- You comply with quality standards, HACCP guidelines and occupational safety regulations
- You work together with colleagues from other Bergson teams, e.g. from the Service Team and the Convention & Event Team in the organization of events and food promotions
Please bring
- Professional experience in the hotel, catering or event industry would be an advantage, but is not a prerequisite
- You have an awareness of quality
- You speak German and/or English well
