Since the big bang at the beginning of October, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events across the entire 20,000 m² space at Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich Aubing. Our guests enjoy culinary delights not only in our restaurant, day bar, evening bar, live club, outdoor terrace and lounge, but also at our multifaceted in-house event catering for small and large events at Bergson.

For our growing Convention & Event Team we are looking for a full-time permanent position as of September 2026:

Convention & Event Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

for the spectacular art, culture, gastronomy and event highlight in Munich

• For the profit- and image-building sale of events (B2B and B2C), you will actively acquire new customers and intensify business relationships with our demanding existing customers in a competent and service-oriented manner

• You calculate offers, conduct price negotiations, draw up contracts, check invoices and continuously maintain the event database

• You plan, organize and accompany events in close coordination with all relevant internal departments and our external service providers

• After the events, you check guest and customer satisfaction, conduct feedback discussions with event organizers and agencies and deal with any complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• You create regular reports and statistics on relevant key figures

• You maintain contact with event organizers and agencies, take part in trade fairs and represent Bergson Kunstkraftwerk, e.g. at site inspections

• You have completed training as an event manager, hotel specialist or have a comparable qualification in the field of event catering, convention and event sales or distribution

• You already have some professional experience in high-end event sales

• Your agile sales talent as well as your strong communication and organizational skills are impressive

• As a passionate, cordial host, you have a tangible pleasure in service and a focus on competent and first-class support

• You have a perfect command of German and English, both orally and in writing (any other foreign language is an advantage)

• You are familiar with the common MS Office applications, ideally you have knowledge of the event software "Bp Event"
