Fancy a spectacular ambience in the new place to be for art, culture, concerts, culinary delights and events? Would you like to join our young, dynamic team and help shape the history of our Bergson Kunstkraftwerk?
Since the big bang at the beginning of October 2024, we have been setting off a firework display of concerts, art, culture, culinary delights, academy events, private parties and corporate events on the entire 20,000 m² of space at Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich Aubing.
Our guests can enjoy culinary delights not only in our casual fine dining restaurant Zeitlang, the Anima day bar, our live club Barbastelle, the outdoor terrace and the beer garden, but also at our multifaceted event catering for small and large events in the Bergson for up to approx. 1,500 people. With reliable, sustainable quality and innovative food creations, we cater to every taste - from modern interpretations of regional cuisine to international dishes and vegetarian and vegan options.
For our kitchen team, we are looking for a permanent position with 32 hours per week as soon as possible:n
Casino chef or (demi) chef de partie (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You design the menu for the employees with the support of the head chef and proactively develop the range of dishes based on a vital and light cuisine
- You prepare the meals independently
- You ensure that the food for our employees is prepared, served and served professionally and with pleasure at your post
- You are responsible for the smooth organization of the daily work at your post, including checking the quality of the food and storing it correctly
Please bring
- You have successfully completed training as a chef
- You are enthusiastic about modern cuisine in every respect - especially with regard to the innovative, contemporary culinary offer (with more than 50% vegetarian or vegan dishes)
- You impress with your creativity and attention to detail on the one hand, and your awareness of quality, responsibility and costs on the other
- You have a very good command of German, both orally and in writing, and speak English well
