Exclusive offers for school classes
Since 2025, the first chair sponsorships at Bergson have enabledfree school concerts for children and young people from Munich and the surrounding area - from preschool to high school. For 1,500 euros per chair, our chair patronsfinance the entire organization: from the concept, artists' fees and technology to invitation management and on-site support. Thanks to this generous support, school classes can take part in cultural events that are often neglected in everyday school life, regardless of their financial means. We look back on the first concerts with great pleasure: thousands of children and young people have already attended the Bergson - for many it was the first live concert of their lives.

Fri., 12.06. "Music and architecture "
How is music influenced by architecture? What interactions do space and sound have? How have "spatial sounds" changed over the centuries? This moderated program is a kind of musical journey through the history of spatial sound. In the process, the acoustics of the Elektra Tonquartier in the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk - Europe's smartest concert hall - will also change: from the dry recording studio to the Elbphilharmonie and Cologne Cathedral.

From blues and gospel to rock 'n' roll and the global sounds of today: this concert embarks on a musical search for the origins of pop music. Performed live and expertly narrated, it shows how simple songs became a global phenomenon.
