"Licensed to Dance" at Bergson: festival for contemporary dance
Welcome to a festival full of expressive snapshots of contemporary dance! Let yourself be enchanted by students and graduates of the Iwanson Studios - Academy for Contemporary Dance - and enjoy a versatile program between acrobatics, perfect technique, emotion and inspiration!
"Licensed to Dance"
A special highlight is the Absolvia performance "Licensed to Dance" on Saturday, July 11 at 7:00 pm. The graduates of the Europe-wide recognized academy will show dance productions created especially for this evening.
These come from Lucas Valente, a rising star at the Zurich Opera among others, Roberta Pisu, Bergson Artist and choreographer of the saxophone quartet Arcis, and Minka Marie Heiß, who has been shaping the Munich dance scene for decades. Johannes Härtl, director of Iwanson Studios, will also be presenting his own work.
