Rosie Frater-Taylor blends indie pop, folk, and jazz

With her music, British guitarist, singer, songwriter, and producer Rosie Frater-Taylor blurs the lines between indie pop, folk, and jazz. Pop star Seal calls himself her “biggest fan” and raves: “I haven’t heard anything this original and exciting since Amy Winehouse.” DJ and radio host Gilles Peterson is also among her supporters, as is rock legend Jimmy Page, who highlights her “deep connection to the guitar.”

With her unique blend of technical virtuosity, emotional depth, and exceptional songwriting, Rosie Frater-Taylor has established herself as one of the most exciting voices of her generation. Her music combines harmonic sophistication with catchy melodies and an unmistakable artistic signature. She moves effortlessly between intimacy and a spirit of experimentation, creating a sound that is at once modern, multi-layered, and deeply moving. Rosie’s work has reached a steadily growing audience worldwide and earned her international recognition. As a musician and performer, she captivates audiences with her natural stage presence, musical openness, and remarkable stylistic independence. Four million streams of her debut album “Bloom” and a nomination for the Gilles Peterson Worldwide Awards underscore her status as one of the most exciting artists of her generation. With her upcoming first ACT album, “Higher Life,” Rosie Frater-Taylor is now opening the next chapter of her career.
