Welcome back - Panzerballett returns to Bergson for a stand-up concert!
The jazz-metal quintet around guitarist, composer and arranger Jan Zehrfeld has long since achieved cult status in the international prog, math, djent and tech-metal scene as well as in the jazz-fusion cosmos.

Original compositions and radical reinterpretations of well-known pieces - called "Verkrassungen" by the band with a wink - have long since become the band's unmistakable trademark. Panzerballett's music combines humor with mathematical construction, structural sophistication with organic joy of playing: In an alternating bath of virtuoso power and casual airiness, complex riffs meet jazzy improvisations, implemented with breathtaking precision, technical brilliance and audible pleasure in musical risk. True to Zehrfeld's motto: "Headbanging with brains."
