Open Day 2026 in Munich: The Bergson invites you - admission free
Do you fancy an exciting day full of discoveries, music, art and shared experiences in Munich's most exciting new cultural venue? Then come to the open day at Bergson on May 1 - admission is free! Whether with friends, partners or as a family with children: We have put together a varied and age-appropriate program that will give you a colorful impression of the multifaceted Bergson world.
For our younger guests, there are creative craft activities, children's yoga with live music, children's concerts such as "The Carnival of the Animals" on the piano for four hands - with a tongue-in-cheek version of the text -, an outdoor playground and our children's disco with Bergson DJ.
An extra portion of fun is provided by an explorer pass for kids, on which stamps can be collected for the individual program items. A little surprise awaits at the end ...
There is also plenty on offer for adults: Attend an open rehearsal of our brilliant chamber orchestra - Bergson Phil' - or stroll through the impressive gallery spaces of the Bergson Gallery on an exhibition tour. You can also learn all about the history of the former heating plant, the ideas behind the Bergson and what makes this place so special in an exciting talk in the concert hall. Coffee specialties, cakes and tarts from our in-house patisserie as well as hearty dishes complete the Bergson experience.
Each program item is free of charge and lasts about half an hour. The offers are repeated throughout the day, so you can plan your visit flexibly. It's worth taking a look at the timetable!
Please note: Due to limited room capacity, only a limited number of seats are available for each program. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a seat or admission and seats are allocated on a first come, first serve basis at the entrance.
