"Klein shows with his speed, sensitivity, refinement and creativity that he belongs to the small group of master pianists."

(Süddeutsche Zeitung)

Omer Klein's music is "boundless" - that's how the New York Times describes it. With an impressive stylistic range, his work extends from solo piano to big band, from songs to symphonic works. Klein composes for his trio, for string quartets as well as for theater, dance and film projects. His music draws from a variety of sources - virtuosic, multi-layered and cross-stylistic.

After his acclaimed debut at Bergson, Omer Klein returns with his main project: the award-winning Omer Klein Trio. The intensive interplay between the pianist, double bassist Haggai Cohen-Milo and drummer Amir Bresler is inspiring and the trio plays exclusively Klein's own compositions. It tours worldwide and was recently nominated for the German Jazz Award in the Live Act of the Year category for the second time in a row - and you can now experience it live and with all its musical radiance at the Bergson.

By the way: you can experience Omer Klein with us again in spring 2026 - with his new sextet "Omer Klein & the Poetics".

Instrumentation:

Omer Klein: piano
Haggai Cohen Milo: double bass
