Karoline Weidt, Benyamin Nuß, and Florian Riedl perform selected jazz compositions and their own works with an improvisational approach, great artistic sensitivity, and a high degree of interpretive freedom—in timing, expression, and their treatment of the lyrics. The result is music that is finely tuned, lively, and deeply felt.

This collaboration brings together three distinct musical personalities: Singer Karoline Weidt, well known to Munich jazz fans, shapes the ensemble with her versatile, clear, and expressive voice, which moves listeners with its powerful presence and emotional depth. Pianist Benyamin Nuß from Cologne brings his unique blend of classical virtuosity and improvisational freedom—a style that combines lyrical sensitivity with tonal nuance and delicately explores the musical space. Another Munich native, Florian Riedl, enriches the trio with his versatile musical language as a multi-instrumentalist; drawing on his work as a composer and a bridge-builder between jazz, film, and ensemble music, he brings a narrative, colorful dimension to their ensemble playing.

The result is a chamber-music-style jazz evening that fosters intimacy, leaves room for exploration, and allows the audience to experience music in its immediate beauty.
