Always surprising and danceable - for a decade, the Jazzrausch Bigband has been delighting audiences worldwide with a unique fusion of jazz, electronic music and classical music.

At their concerts in Europe, America, Asia and Africa, they bring together jazz fans and dance fans with "power of sound, groove and enormous stage presence" (FAZ) like no other ensemble at the moment.

The nucleus and starting point of the musical development is Harry Klein, one of the most renowned electro clubs in Europe. In 2015, just one year after its foundation, the Jazzrausch Bigband became artist in residence at the Harry and the audience went wild.

Themes from science and mathematics, poetry settings and the technoid juxtaposition of Beethoven, Brahms, Mahler and Shostakovich: the 15 musicians have already transformed the Elbphilharmonie, the Berlin Philharmonie, the Dresden Kulturpalast and the Isarphilharmonie into seething techno clubs in a highly exciting and rousing way.

In the anniversary program "Bangers Only!", the ensemble presents its pioneering concept of orchestral techno jazz with an impressive live performance. Together with the audience, they always look ahead to the next decade of innovation.
