One day, one journey, one epic: at Bergson, Homer's Odyssey becomes an intense live experience. Literary mediator Meike Rötzer unfolds the odyssey of Odysseus in a six-hour narrative format - powerful, direct and completely in the moment.
Without a stage in the classical sense, but close to the audience, Rötzer brings the ancient story to life: of gods and monsters, of longing, cunning and homecoming. Her language carries us through the millennia and turns the ancient text into an event for today.
This epic journey is accompanied by SLATEC, whose sound creates its own sonic space - sometimes driving, sometimes atmospheric, always in dialog with the narrative. The result is a multi-layered interplay of words and music that makes it possible to experience the material in a new way.

Division and breaks: 3x 2-hour blocks, each consisting of 50 minutes with a 10-minute break. There will be a 20 minute break between each block.
