Yoga & live music at Bergson: Afterwork edition
Want to relax after work?
Our popular fusion event, where we combine yoga and live music, is now also available as an after-work edition - once a month on Thursdays at 6:30 pm in the Loft!
Under the guidance of our yoga instructors, we do yoga exercises together to live music from our Bergson artists and bring body and mind into harmony with each other. Whether you are already practiced or want to try something new: The event is suitable for all levels - no previous experience is necessary. True to the motto "Health 'n' Harmony", you can do something good for yourself and start the evening relaxed.
Please bring your own yoga mat!
