Pack your yoga mat and you're ready for our Bergson yoga concert. Under the guidance of our yoga instructors, we will do yoga exercises together to the music of our Bergson artists and bring body and mind into harmony with each other. Whether you are already practiced or want to try something new: The event is suitable for all levels - no previous experience is necessary. True to the motto "Health 'n' Harmony", you can do something good for yourself - here with us, at the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk!

Yoga Flow Dance - Yoga Flow meets Modern Dance

In this special practice, dynamic yoga asanas are combined with the flowing movements of dance to explore space, dynamics and the deep expression of your emotions. We will practise dance-like yoga flow sequences in gentle steps, which ultimately combine to form a powerful choreography. It's about letting go of your head, letting the rhythm carry you and feeling the flow. Dance. Feel it. Letting go.
