Yoga for young and old? An experience for the whole family!

Join us for a yoga class full of movement, music and joy.

Yoga becomes a shared experience that creates a sense of connection, inner peace and self-confidence.

A loving space in which young and old can laugh, move, calm down and enjoy time together - accompanied by wonderful songs that invite you to listen and join in.

The class is aimed at children aged 4 to 11 accompanied by at least one adult. Whether with mom, dad, grandma, grandpa or godmother - everyone is welcome to experience stories, songs and varied yoga exercises together, which playfully demonstrate the "power of breathing", promote concentration, develop creativity and strengthen the connection to each other.

Bergson Artist and yoga teacher Leila Kadri Oostendorp, yoga teacher with certification as a children's and youth yoga teacher KYA (240 units) and founder, director and speaker of the Kinder Yoga Welt Institute, will lead the event.
