Yoga for all ages? An experience for the whole family!
Join us for a yoga class full of movement, music, and fun.
Yoga becomes a shared experience that fosters connection, inner peace, and self-confidence.
A warm and welcoming space where young and old alike can laugh, move, find peace, and enjoy time together—accompanied by wonderful songs that invite you to listen and join in.
The class is for children ages 4 to 11, accompanied by at least one adult. Whether with Mom, Dad, Grandma, Grandpa, or a godmother—everyone is warmly invited to experience stories, songs, and a variety of yoga exercises together that playfully demonstrate the “power of breathing,” promote concentration, foster creativity, and strengthen the bonds between us.
