In the former boiler house—which today forms the atrium with the bel étage floating above it—a lively brunch experience awaits you and your loved ones. Enjoy a diverse selection of dishes while a jazz ensemble and a piano quartet take turns performing on two different stages to set the perfect mood. At our bars, you’ll find sparkling wine, hot beverages, and freshly squeezed juices.
