DREAM STAGE

Dream State is a four-piece alternative rock band from South Wales. The band quickly found success after forming in Swansea with the release of their single “White Lies” in 2017. This song earned them the Kerrang! Award for Best British Newcomer in 2018, as well as the Heavy Music Award for Best British Newcomer Band in 2019.

After several lineup changes and a brief hiatus, Dream State is back with a new three-track EP titled “Untethered,” which was released in February 2023. The current lineup consists of Jessie Powell (vocals), founding member Aled Evans (guitar), Jake Bowen (bass), and Tom Connolly (drums). The band continues to evolve its sound, drawing inspiration from rock, metal, pop, and electronic dance music (EDM).

LOST IN HOLLYWOOD

Powerful, melancholic, and energetic—with these qualities, Lost in Hollywood’s singer Amon Garrasi, guitarist Timo Dymala, bassist Julian Utz, and drummer Samuel Minio capture the emotions of their listeners. Their new modern metalcore anthem “Chasing Dreams” offers a unique audiovisual experience and serves as the single from their upcoming second studio album.

Lost in Hollywood was founded in early 2023 and quickly gained attention in the metalcore scene with their debut album “The Beauty of Death,” which racked up over 1.3 million streams. Their first live performances, including at the 2024 Reeperbahn Festival, showcased the band’s immense potential. They not only deliver high-quality sound but also an electrifying stage presence from all band members, promising an unforgettable concert experience.

“Chasing Dreams” was co-produced and mixed by Max Ivory and mastered by Christoph Wieczorek—one of the scene’s most sought-after producers, who has already worked on acclaimed albums by acts such as Electric Callboy, Future Palace, Annisokay, and many others.

With this new single, the band delivers a blend of emotional vocals, modern urban pop influences, and powerful breakdowns that, thanks to their stark contrasts, really stick in your head. It tells the story of the search for ultimate happiness with someone you idolize—only to realize that there is no such thing as boundless happiness and that the life of your dreams cannot fulfill you as long as you are not healed on the inside.

WAVES LIKE WALLS

Waves Like Walls aren’t just any melodic hardcore band. Since their formation in 2012, the four guys from Ingolstadt have stayed true to themselves:
Always honest, always full throttle, always 100% energy. The result is profound songs that captivate with catchy melodies and uncompromising intensity. Their trademark: high-energy live shows that leave even seasoned mosh pit veterans speechless. Simply put: hardcore that gets under your skin. True to this motto, “WLW” still won’t let anyone tell them what to do and still have something to say. With their usual power and fresh ideas, the proof has been available to hear since June 2024 on their new album “it never ends.”

KORA WINTER

Hungrier, angrier, and more incisive than ever before: The Berlin-based band KORA WINTER is ready to confront the German hardcore and metal scene with taboo topics such as identity, representation, and trauma. Their second album, *GOTT SEGNE, GOTT BEWAHRE*, will be released on November 24, 2023, on the band’s own label, aufewigwinter, via Blood Blast Distribution. Their vision: to be the first German-language metal band to truly bring the perspective of a migrant to the forefront of the genre.
