Alexander Timtschenko studied art history at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität and graduated in 1995 as a master student in fine arts at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Munich. In 1996 he was awarded the Bavarian State Prize for Photography, followed by a scholarship for a one-year stay in the USA in 1997.

Alexander Timtschenko was active as a photographic artist in the 1990s. His work has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including Galerie Walter Storms, Munich, Galerie Helga de Alvear, Madrid, Hayward Gallery, London, Haus der Kunst / Lenbachhaus / Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich, Deichtorhallen, Hamburg, ZKM, Karlsruhe, Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris and Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago.

Since the 2000s, Alexander Timchenko has worked exclusively as a curator, organizing a wide variety of exhibitions with the participation of international artists for galleries, private collections and museums in Germany and abroad. The major projects THE WORLD:REGLITTERIZED at the Haus der Kunst in Munich and IMPOSSIBLE at the Museum Frieder Burda in Baden-Baden deserve special mention.

Together with Dr. Stefanie Baumann, he also runs a private art and culture project on a voluntary basis at the medieval Ranfels Castle near the Bavarian Forest National Park.

As Head of Bergson Gallery, Alexander Timtschenko combines his many years of experience in the international art world to make a visit to the gallery's exhibitions a lasting experience and to provide interested parties with expert advice and support when selecting works.

Jana Vedra is an art historian with a Master's degree from LMU Munich. She previously studied business administration. Her career includes positions at renowned institutions such as the Bavarian State Painting Collections and the Kunstverein München e.V., where she gained extensive insights into museum structures and curatorial processes.

Jana Vedra has worked internationally in the auction and art trade, including on behalf of Galerie Daxer&Marschall, and has since regularly attended Tefaf Maastricht, Brafa, Art Basel and Frieze. As an art consultant, she looked after the corporate collection of the UniCredit Group in Germany, focusing on strategic collection development and was responsible for the implementation of the artist support program, among other things.

At the same time, she conceived innovative exhibition projects with ArcCollect, focusing specifically on young, contemporary positions and testing new curatorial formats.

As Head of Bergson Gallery, Jana Vedra brings her multifaceted expertise and passion to enrich the Bergson Gallery's program with unconventional cooperation and exhibition formats and anchor them sustainably in the local and international context.
